However, I’ve found that it works wonderfully to find a time that best works for one person, and build a class around that. What is the Trinity One: A Course in Self-Mastery all about? Are you ready to BE THE CHANGE you wish to see in the world… but you’re not sure exactly how to do that? What better time to start than NOW?
Do you really want to make yourself your priority, flow through change, amp up your self-development, and potentially free yourself of ALL barriers – spiritual, emotional/mental, physical, environmental in a place of love? This 6-hour class plus follow-up calls (3 nights for 2 hours each over multiple weeks) explores the foundations and basic practice of limitless conscious creation, which includes meditation, changing the vibration of our thoughts and words, and then powerful, transformative healing implementation of all types (physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental) and shifting your reality into one you truly enjoy – all in your hands!
At the end of the class, you’ll walk away with:
- A powerful, infinite tool that will help you remember discernment with higher consciousness (vs. ego)
- An ability to free yourself to exist from a place of love, power, trust, and expansiveness vs. ego, limitations, fear, and reclusion (VERY different than many, many spiritual practices)
- Progressing your consciousness and view of the bigger picture exponentially
- Remembering how to “heal” yourself – or rather, LIBERATE yourself of your limitations, and and be the ABSOLUTE BEST you can be!

The entire class spans 8 weeks to allow time for integration and includes 2 short follow-up calls. The follow-up calls have been included to provide ongoing support as you begin to integrate Trinity Energy Progression into your life.
- Three 2-hour classes, scheduled across 4 weeks:
Class 1: week one
Class 2: week two
Class 3: week four
- 2 Follow-up calls, lasting approximately 20-30 minutes
Follow-up 1: week six
Follow-up 2: week eight
